OUR 2010 UAF CALENDAR IS HERE!

It’s that time of year again. The leaves have changed color and the temperature is dropping. The dogs walk faster on our afternoon walks. The holidays? Yes, but I’m thinking about UAF Calendar time! The 2010 calendar is printed, and it’s the best yet! Gayle and Joellyn grabbed this project and made it happen! What a great calendar they created!!

With help from Jeff at Think4Inc, and the Color Factor, it’s ready for you! Almost everyone on my holiday gift list gets a calendar! And I’m already getting some subtle reminders, and some not so subtle! “Am I getting a UAF calendar for Christmas this year?” Chanukah, Kwanza, birthdays, whatever you’re giving gifts for, the UAF calendar is a one size fits all success! And it’s perfect to have an extra one or two under the tree for someone who surprises you by giving you a gift!
You can pick one up for $12 at any UAF Adoption Event. They are 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., Saturdays at Prescott ’s PetsMart, and Noon to 3:00 P.M., Sundays at Prescott ’s PetCo. Or we’ll mail them to you, or directly to the people you want to give one to. We’ll even include a gift tag telling them it’s from you!

Cards are created from original photographs to raise money for UAF. All proceeds go to their rescue, spay/neuter and adoption efforts.

Dixie’s Pet Project grew from the hearts and minds of three people drawn together by Dixie, a wonderful dog who’s health concerns connected an extraordinary veterinarian, a wonderful humanist, and a creative soul looking for a home. Three people who may have never met, have become friends, and have grown together. Dixie has made an everlasting impact on their lives. UAF is now a partner with Dixie's Pet Project.
